Promotion Name: Full Tilt Poker.com’s Poker Million (the “Promotion”)

Promotion Dates: Friday, May 8th, 2009 to Sunday, September 27th, 2009

Full Tilt Poker.com (the “Company”), will conduct the Promotion substantially as described in these rules and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

1. DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION/PARTICIPATION

Full Tilt Poker.com reserves the right to change or modify this promotion at its sole discretion.

Dates of Promotion: The Promotion will be conducted beginning Friday, May 8th, 2009 and will end on or about Sunday, September 27th, 2009.

Description and How to Enter: Qualify for Poker Million by winning entry through Full Tilt Poker.com’s Poker Million Qualifier Tournaments. To enter, you must have a Full Tilt Poker account.

Real Money Qualifiers

Players may buy in to the Poker Million Final directly for $500 + $35. Real money satellites to the tournament will be scheduled as well and listed on the Poker Million Schedule page.

One seat to Poker Million is guaranteed in each of the Real Money Qualifiers which will be held at 21:30 GMT (16:30 ET) on the following dates:

• August 2nd
• August 30th
• September 6th
• September 13th
• September 20th
• September 27th

Obtaining Promotional Prize(s): If a participant cannot be contacted from the information provided for Full Tilt Poker registration, the Company reserves the right to disqualify that participant at its sole discretion.

2. PRIZE PACKAGE DETAILS

Poker Million final winners will each be awarded a prize package worth a total of $22,000. This consists specifically of the $20,000 buy-in to Poker Million and $2,000 for spending money. The $2,000 will be deposited into the players account.

Full Tilt Poker is not responsible for making travel arrangements – all such arrangements and expenses are the sole responsibility of the individual winner.

3. ELIGIBILITY & LIMITATIONS

Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry as determined by the Company. Any prize package winners are subject to a background check. Participant assumes any and all liability for use of the promotional items. Only one (1) entry per person. Only one (1) prize package per person for the Promotion. Employees of the Company and members of the immediate family or member of the same households of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win; additionally, all affiliates and subsidiary companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, representatives, assignees and beneficiaries, and each of their immediate family members or member of the same households of said affiliates, their contractors, employees and directors are not eligible. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.

4. TELEPHONE & DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

Participants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment and internet access. The Company disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Company’s control, or otherwise. The Company disclaims any liability for received entries due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Company disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by electronic transmission. The Company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant’s ability to participate in the Promotion, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Promotion.

5. PUBLICITY

By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other Promotions and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Promotion to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.

6. RELEASE

By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Promotion’s sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Promotion, or from the use of any prize.

7. TAXES

Any valuation of the promotional prize(s) as stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as may or may not be required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes and paying any expenses associated with any promotional prize(s) which are not specifically provided for in the official rules. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for any other prize(s) except as expressly authorized by the Company.

8. CONDUCT & DECISIONS

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Promotion and the Company’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Promotion is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Promotion, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.

ANY ATTEMPT BY A PROMOTIONANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPATE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

Each participant may be required by Company to submit proof of eligibility to claim the promotional prize(s). Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. The Company may substitute promotional prizes, amend the rules, or discontinue the Promotion at any time as may be posted on the website. The Promotion is subject to change at any time. The Promotion is a package of promotional prize(s) and cannot be segregated or otherwise separated by the participant. All promotional prize(s) are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. There are no exceptions. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Promotion. All participant entries shall become the property of the Company and will not be returned to participants.

10. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW

The conduct of the Promotion is governed by applicable laws, if any, which take precedence over any rules which may be contrary to or inconsistent with those rules as stated above.
